This page explains how approvals, payments, AI-assisted content, images, website access and publishing responsibilities work. Review and adapt these policies before relying on them as formal service terms. Clients can choose hands-on, email approval, low-touch or managed workflows. Preferences can be changed later. When a client approves a plan, draft, image or publishing action, BlogGen treats that approval as permission to continue. BlogGen publishes or prepares content for connected WordPress websites after safety checks and approval settings are followed. Clients who upload images must confirm they own them or have permission to use them. BlogGen works through a repeatable process: business setup, writing guide, monthly planning, draft preparation, review, approval, publishing and reporting. AI may assist with briefs, drafts, reports and image prompts. Clients remain responsible for checking factual accuracy, suitability, claims and industry obligations before approval. Monthly plans, one-off services and generated invoices are handled through the BlogGen billing workflow. Assisted Setup is separate from recurring monthly plans. Plan pricing, inclusions and promotional offers may change from time to time. Public pricing changes do not automatically change an existing Stripe subscription unless the client is moved to a new Stripe Price ID. If BlogGen intends to increase the recurring price of an existing subscription, reasonable notice should be provided before the new price takes effect. Clients may cancel before the new price applies if they do not wish to continue under the updated pricing. Launch specials and early adopter pricing may be changed, paused or withdrawn for new signups at any time. Existing clients on a launch or early adopter price may retain that price while their subscription remains active, unless otherwise stated in writing or unless a specific plan is moved to current pricing after notice. Plans may include reasonable revision limits. Extra revisions, custom work or manual website repair may require human review or additional fees. BlogGen stores client and business details required to operate the service. Website access, API keys and payment settings should only be managed by authorised administrators. BlogGen aims to support consistent, useful content and better workflow. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue.
