Subscription cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of an ongoing subscription according to the process shown in the client portal or provided by BlogGen. Access and workflow activity may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic once planning, drafting, setup, publishing or strategy work has commenced. Refund requests should be reviewed against the work completed, subscription period, setup services provided and any specific written agreement.
